The HKU RoboMaster team, named HerKules, with membership of over 30 students from the Engineering discipline received the Third prize (ranking between 9 to 17 among 173 teams) and the Outstanding Aesthetic Design Award in the RoboMaster 2019 International Regional Competition held in Shenzhen. Moreover, Mr Andy Kong, the Experiential Officer and a current PhD candidate in Computer Science at HKU, obtained the Outstanding Advisor Award.
This project is supervised by Dr. Kenneth K.Y. Wong from the Department of Computer Science and is supported by the TAM Wing Fan Innovation Wing under the Directorship of Dr. C.K. Chui.
