Department of Computer Science of The University of Hong Kong (the “Department”) is committed to meeting internationally-recognized standards of personal data privacy protection, in compliance with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. Under the Ordinance, individuals have the right to request access to and correction of their personal data held by the Department. Should you wish to access or correct your personal information held by us, please present your enquiry or request to our Personal Data Protection Coordinator c/o Room 301, Chow Yei Ching Building, The University of Hong Kong, Pokfulam, Hong Kong, or by email to pdpc@cs.hku.hk. A reasonable fee will be charged for the processing of any data access request.
