Professor Reynold Cheng and his team received a Certificate of Merit in the Smart People (Smart Ageing) Category at the Hong Kong ICT Awards 2021 with their project named "HINCare: A Heterogeneous Information Network for Elderly-Care Helper Recommendation".
The Judging Panel commented that the HINCare system offers a cost effective tool which helps to reduce costly expenses on NGOs practicing time-banking and volunteers matching.
