The "Total Sky Imager Design Competition " is organized by the Faculty of Engineering, The University of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Observatory, and the Hong Kong Meteorological Society under the project titled "Imaging the Sky" and "Cloud Appreciation: Imaging the Sky" supported by the HKU Knowledge Exchange Fund.
