Dr. K.P. Chow's project titled "SHIELD" (Smart Hacking and Intrusion Entrapment with Lawful Detection) received an additional funding of HK$2.32M for 2018-19 from the Innovation Technology Commission on top of its previous funding of HK$6M and HK$3.52M for 2015-16 and 2017-18 respectively.
