TECHNICAL AUDIO VISUAL NEEDS

Here is a list of equipment that the Banff Centre normally provides in the
set up for Banff New Media Institute.  To help us prepare for your 
presentation please fill in the following information:

I require the following:

____    LCD projector for video and computer large screen projection

If you require audio/video equipment that is not on this list, please list
below so we can try to provide it.  We will let you know if we can or can
not provide this equipment.

COMPUTER PRESENTATION NEEDS

Here are our current in house resources:
- OS		- English Operating Systems

- Hardware      - Firewire compatible Mac
               	-1 DELL PC-P3, 700 MHz, 128 gig RAM, 6 gig hard drive

- Software(Mac) - Photoshop 5.5, Flash 5, Dreamweaver 3, Illustrator 9, IE
and Netscape, MSOffice (including PowerPoint), Acrobat Reader, real player,
generic plug ins such as Flash etc...

- Software(PC)  - MS Office, Acrobat Reader, Director 8, IE and Netscape,
Real player, generic plug ins such as Flash etc..

Is your presentation computer or podium based or requiring both?

If you are bringing your own computer, please tell us the make and model:
operating system: ie Windows Pro, ME, 98, etc. Manufacturer of graphic card.
Graphic card output requirements ie standard VGA or SVGA

Please configure all presentations to 1024 x 768.

Immediate access to the Internet is available upon connection to our
network. If you need to print materials, come prepared with a Zip or floppy
disk.

**If you are planning on bringing additional hardware WITHOUT a computer to
use it in, please give us those details so that a technical facilitator can
contact you regarding your specific needs.

As we are situated in the Town of Banff (1&1/2 hours from the City of
Calgary) we kindly ask that you allow us TWO WEEKS lead-time to try and meet
your request. (Your requests may require rental or acquisition from
Calgary).
