Two Graduate Students and Dr. B. Oliveira Receive Best Paper Awards at the 15th International Conference on Modularity 2016

Graduate students Yanlin Wang and Tomas Tauber, and Dr. Bruno C. d. S. Oliveira received two Best Paper Awards at the 15th International Conference on Modularity held in Malaga, Spain on March 14-17, 2016.

One paper, entitled “The Expression Problem, Trivially!”, won the best paper for research results. The other paper, entitled “Modular Architecture for Code and Metadata Sharing”, won the best visions paper award. The later award is given to papers in a special track in the Modularity conference, which propose novel ideas and visions for Modularity.

Both Yanlin and Tomas are PhD candidates in the Department of Computer Science with Dr. Oliveira as one of their supervisors.
