2009 CISC Workshop on Internet Security and Digital Forensics
2009 CISC Workshop on Internet Security and Digital Forensics was successfully held at Knowles Building, HKU Main Campus, on August 31, 2009. The event was organized by the Center for Information Security and Cryptography (CISC), Department of Computer Science, HKU.
There is an increasing concern about the security and privacy issues in the distribution of videos, photographs, and computer files in general. New technologies are being developed in CISC to address different security problems. Several popular topics were presented at the captioned Workshop, namely 3D Facial Reconstruction, Multifactor Authentication, Man in the Middle Attack: Recent Browser Attack in Internet Banking, and Auction Site Monitoring. Over 110 participants from different organizations of the industry attended the Workshop.
