Mr. Mei Lijun has been selected for the IBM PhD Fellowship. It has been an "extremely intense" competition among "several hundred nominations world wide".
Lijun is a PhD student in service-oriented testing in our Department
of Computer Science under the supervision of Prof. T.H. Tse. His
publications include papers in the 30th International Conference on
Software Engineering (ICSE 2008), the IEEE
International Conference
on Web Services (ICWS 2008), and the 18th International Conference on
World Wide Web (WWW 2009).
He was awarded a Hong Kong and China Gas
Co. Ltd. Scholarship, a Hung Hing Ying Scholarship, and a Best Tutor
Award.
