The Programme Office

The Programme Office (located in P3-02 of the Graduate House) supports the Programme Director Dr. K.P. Chow and takes care of all student matters, such as admission, enrolment, examination, student records and answering all the enquiries. It is also responsible for the evaluation, development and overall management of the programme.

A student lounge in Graduate House is being planned and it is hoped that it will be completed in time for the new academic year, if there is no unforeseen delay.

The Intranet

The Intranet (https://msccs.cs.hku.hk) has been designed by the Programme Office to provide an efficient and comprehensive student records database to support the programme’s management and also enrolled students. Students can interactively connect and interact with instructors, fellow students and staff of the Programme Office at any time from any place. Moreover, the Intranet provides students with a one-stop shop for information about modules, timetable, examination results and circulars with personal records on enrolment, fee payment and assessment results. One of the special facilities on the Intranet is to allow students to submit their enrolment requests and assignment electronically.
