Apply for Visa in Hong Kong

Hong Kong has a very liberal visa policy for visitors. Citizens from more than 170 countries and territories can visit Hong Kong visa-free for periods of seven days to six months.

Request Visa Letter from ICST

You may be required to supply supporting documents for visa applications. A Visa letter can be issued to the following participants for this purpose.

• Keynote speakers, presenters, panelists
• Any organizing committee member
• People professionally or personally known by a committee member
• Conference participant who has paid their registration fee

To request the Visa letter, please provide the following information through email to .

• Conference title, date and location
• The amount of fees paid by the requestor
• Your intention as either a participant, presenter, committee member, speaker, panelist, etc.
