Important Dates & Submission Steps

Please follow the steps below to prepare for the manuscripts to be presented at the conference, and published in the proceedings of the conference.

Register for Conference

• One author for each paper must register at a non-student rate, even if all authors are students.
• One registration covers two papers for those authors who have multiple papers accepted.
• Please go to the Registration page to register for the conference. IMPORTANT: Your paper will not be included in the proceedings unless you have successfully registered.

Submitting the Signed Copyright Form

• Please FAX your signed copyright form to ICST at +1 972 424 6109 +1 972 867 0905
• You will be notified ONLY if your copyright form is not complete.

Submitting the Manuscripts

• Please note the page limit and format of your manuscripts.
• Approximate 2 to 3 days AFTER you have registered for the conference and submitted the copyrighted form, you will be sent the upload location.
• At the upload location, you will be instructed to submit your paper either in WORD format or PDF format.

Final Manuscripts Page Limit and Format

• Format of the manuscripts.
• Please prepare your paper using the 2-column format.
• Regular papers and invited papers are allowed up to 10 pages and short papers are allowed up to 6 pages, including all figures, tables and references.
• For invited paper, please add the line "(Invited Paper)" after the title of your paper.
• Extra page cost of USD$100 (or HKD$780) will be charged per page. They should be sent along with the registration form.
