Registration

• Registration is closed.
• All registrations should be by an administrator or teacher of the school. No registrations from individual students will be accepted.
• For the registration, the school should submit a ranked list of participating students, where the maximum number of students is 10. The school is expected to carefully select the students that will represent the school.
• Subject to the number of registrants and the number of places available, we will select a subset from the ranked list. The local organizer will advise schools via email on the selected sub-list. The organizers reserve all the rights to all such decisions.
• The closing date for the registration is 10 February, 2009 (Tue). Schools are allowed to register on or before this date. They are allowed to re-submit their registration so as to revise their ranked list of participating students. Re-submitted registration will supersede all previous registrations.
• It is the responsibility of the school to confirm that the students' age is eligible for the contest (born on or after July 1, 1989).
• An entry fee of HKD 50 per contestant will be charged, payable upon registration at the venue on 25 February (this is to help to pay for the high costs of running the competition).
